T&C Supervisor Refresher Course

This course is designed for anyone performing a T&C Supervisor Role, or manager of certificated role holder. As this is a certified role, ongoing annual assessment is required to not only ensure the individual retains their competence status for their FIT assessment. This course gives new and existing supervisors access to good practice but also ensures the Consumer Duty outcomes are being monitored effectively. The course contains a validation exercise which can be used as part the a FIT assessment
